Coaching is a solution focussed conversation between the coach and the client.

Coaching as a process helps you identify, clarify and achieve the goals or outcomes that you bring to the table to be resolved.

Through insightful and sometimes challenging questions, the objective is to get you, the client, the clarity you need to succeed. It is often the case of helping you shift from where you are, to where you want to be.

The fundamental premise with coaching is that you are the expert of you and already have all the resources within you to succeed. Our role is to listen, observe and raise questions, to help you release, revive and sometimes even uncover those innate resources.

Coaching is a partnership. Consider us ‘on your team’ to help you be the ‘best you can be’.

Coaching is not Counselling or Psychotherapy nor any other Therapy. Coaching is solution focussed, taking you from where you are now, to where you want to get to.

The first step is to contact us to book a discovery call. This is a conversation that gives you the opportunity to find out whether coaching together is the right fit at this moment and to discuss what you are looking to achieve from the coaching.

On starting the coaching process, we clarify our joint commitment, how many sessions and the start date. You will receive a coaching agreement by email for you to sign and return. This assures you of the coaching ethics and standards that we adhere to and outlines your share of the agreement. We then agree to timings of the first session and the journey begins.
