About Us

We’ve both been drawn to the human story — the inner game — from an early age. Questions like: What is life? Who am I? How do I best live my life? have always been at the heart of our journey.

We’ve been deeply curious about what it means to be empowered, to take ownership of our lives and to feel safe within ourselves — no matter what’s happening around us. Like many, we struggled with unhelpful patterns: the tendency to rescue, to overextend and to give our power away in order to stay safe. Breaking those cycles wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. Attending to the inner game, we began reclaiming our personal boundaries, stepping into our own authority and being the author of our own lives.

As a couple since our early twenties, we’ve taken an unconventional path, driven by these questions and ideas. We took a deep dive into Eastern well-being, spending long stretches in India exploring breathwork, yoga, energy and meditation. We followed what felt true to us and that journey started where it matters most; within.

It all began with the inner landscape. What was our relationship with ourselves?

Adventurers at heart, we embraced exploration — both outwardly and inwardly. Along the way, we came to appreciate the deep interconnectedness and wholeness of life. Leaving behind corporate careers, we retrained in Garden Design and Landscaping — connecting with nature, working outdoors and expressing our creativity. For years, we built and designed beautiful gardens in Portugal, enjoying the freedom of running our own business. During this time, we also led mind, body and breathwork courses and meditation groups — further deepening our connection to well-being.

After over a decade abroad, we returned to the UK with a clear sense of a new purpose. It was time to shift our focus fully to health and well-being — not just for ourselves, but for others also. We felt called to turn our professional attention from “outer landscaping” to helping people explore their own inner landscapes: their beliefs, passions, dreams and connection to themselves.

Training in Coaching and NLP gave us the tools to bring this vision to life. Through the transformative power of coaching, we are helping others activate their inner resources, take ownership of their growth and create real, lasting change.

Our work is about building bridges — helping people connect to their truth, uncover their core values and clear away unhelpful beliefs or patterns that no longer serve them. Helping people cross that bridge to create a life they truly want and deserve.

Good leadership starts with strong relationships — both with others and crucially, with ourselves. For the years that I’ve been coaching, if there’s one truth I’ve seen time and again, it’s that leadership isn’t about control; it’s about clarity, integrity, resilience and connection.

At the core of my work is the belief that sovereignty — taking ownership of your whole state – your thoughts, feelings and emotions, behaviour, body, energy – the whole of you—is what allows us to lead well. Boundaries shape how we navigate relationships, how we manage our thoughts and emotions and even how we relate to our past. When we don’t take other people’s emotions, opinions or expectations personally, we free ourselves to lead with strength, connection and purpose.

I’ve found that the best leaders are those who start with themselves. It’s easy to point the finger outward, but real transformation happens when we take responsibility for what’s within our control. Coaching has been a journey of discovery — not just for my clients, but for me as well. Watching people uncover their innate strengths, reframe unhelpful thinking and create real change in their lives is the most rewarding part of my work.

At the heart of it all is the I AM presence —your own centre of clarity and self-leadership. When you stand in that space, with strong yet flexible boundaries, you create the foundation for a powerful life.

A Call to Women:

Working with women in coaching partnerships is deeply rewarding. I am constantly learning and growing alongside them. Something powerful happens when a woman gives herself permission to create space for herself — to be seen and heard, and more importantly, to hear herself. To voice what may have once felt selfish, to shed the weight of old stories, and to step into a more aligned, empowered way of living.

Many women spend life pouring their energy into others — family, work, relationships — while putting their own needs last. But what if you gave yourself permission to live for you? What if you stopped waiting for approval, stopped fearing disappointing others and instead chose yourself?

With a background working in women’s health & well-being in wholistic coaching, homeopathy and sound healing, I’ve seen firsthand how the stories we carry shape our lives (and bodies!) Many of these stories — passed down through family, culture and past experiences — no longer serve us. They keep us small, unseen, and disconnected from our own power.

Boundaries are an act of self-honoring. They are not walls that keep others out, but rather the framework that allows us to move through life with clarity and self-trust. The way we relate to our emotions, our past and even our sense of self is shaped by the boundaries we hold. When those boundaries are unclear or missing, we can feel lost — constantly seeking external validation or struggling to maintain balance.

Coaching is an opportunity to reclaim those parts of yourself that have been hidden, to create space for your own needs and to step fully into wholeness. Everything starts from within — if life feels out of sync, you have the power to change it.

You own your choices, your energy and your direction. The most rewarding journey you’ll ever take is towards yourself — to what you value, believe and truly desire.
